1.3 We May Update These Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use shop2topup.com. By creating an account, you confirm you're 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts.

2.2 Creating an Account

You can register using:

• OAuth providers (Google, Discord, or other supported services)
• Telegram sign-in (you may hold a Telegram-only account with no email — if you do, you are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure, as it is your means of access and recovery)

2.3 Keep Your Account Secure

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials private
• Everything that happens under your account
• Telling us immediately if someone accessed your account without permission

We're not liable for losses from unauthorized account access.

2.4 Provide Accurate Info

Give us accurate, current information when you sign up, and keep it updated. False information can get your account terminated immediately.

2.5 Don't Do This With Your Account

• Create multiple accounts (one per person only)
• Share your account with others
• Sell, transfer, or give away your account
• Use someone else's account without permission
• Register with a temporary or disposable email

2.6 We Can Terminate Accounts

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Engage in suspected fraud
• Get involved in money laundering or illegal activities
• Use funds from sanctioned or flagged crypto wallets
• Are abusive toward our staff or other users
• For any other reason at our discretion

3. Services Offered

3.1 For Individual Customers (B2C)

3.2 For Resellers (B2B)

We offer:

3.3 Product Availability

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Crypto Only

shop2topup.com ONLY accepts cryptocurrency payments:

• USDT (Tether) - TRC20, ERC20, or other supported networks
• USDC (USD Coin) - Ethereum, Polygon, or other supported networks

We do NOT accept:

• Credit or debit cards
• Bank transfers
• PayPal or other payment processors
• Cash or money orders
• Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other non-stablecoin cryptos (unless explicitly stated)

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are shown in USD equivalent
• Crypto amounts are calculated when you check out
• Exchange rates fluctuate - the rate at checkout is final
• You pay any blockchain network fees (gas fees)

4.3 How Payments Work

• Payments need blockchain confirmation (typically 1-30 confirmations depending on network)
• Orders process after confirmation
• Delivery times vary by product (instant to 24 hours)

4.4 Failed Transactions

• If we don't receive payment within the specified time, your order gets cancelled
• If you send too little, we may ask for more or cancel the order
• We're not responsible if you send payment to the wrong address

4.5 Transactions Are Final

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. There are no refunds. This is how blockchain works, and you accept this by using crypto.

5. Wallet Screening and Compliance

5.1 We Screen Crypto Wallets

shop2topup.com uses automated wallet screening to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws. We check all incoming wallets against:

• OFAC Sanctions Lists (U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control)
• Global sanctions databases
• Known fraudulent or high-risk wallets
• Wallets linked to illegal activities

5.2 Blocked Wallets

We'll block, freeze, or reject transactions from wallets that are:

• Sanctioned by OFAC or other regulators
• Associated with darknet markets, ransomware, or criminal activity
• Involved in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Flagged by our screening service

5.3 No Refunds for Blocked Wallets

If your transaction gets blocked:

• Your payment will be rejected
• No refunds - period
• You won't get the products
• Your account may be permanently banned

5.4 Your Promises

By using shop2topup.com, you confirm that:

• Your crypto is obtained legally
• You're not using proceeds from illegal activities
• You're not subject to economic sanctions
• You comply with all AML/CTF laws in your area
• You're not using our platform for money laundering or terrorist financing

5.5 Cooperation Required

You agree to cooperate with compliance investigations and provide information if required by law. If you don't cooperate, we may terminate your account and report you to authorities.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.3 Crypto Can't Be Reversed

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Blockchain confirmations can't be undone. We have no technical ability to reverse crypto payments. Chargebacks are impossible with cryptocurrency.

6.4 The Only Exception - Our Mistakes

We'll ONLY consider a refund, replacement, or credit if:

• There's proven technical failure on our end (not user error)
• We delivered the wrong product due to a system bug
• You were charged twice because of a platform glitch

These exceptions require:

• Verifiable proof it was our error
• Reporting within 48 hours
• Full cooperation with our investigation

Refunds for our errors are issued as account balance credit only - not crypto reimbursement.

6.5 Defective Codes

If a product code doesn't work:

• Email [email protected] within 48 hours
• Send proof (screenshots, error messages)
• We may issue a replacement code (not a refund) at our discretion
• The code must not have been redeemed or used

6.6 User Mistakes Don't Get Refunds

We're not responsible for:

• You entering the wrong account details
• You buying the wrong product
• Regional incompatibility
• You not redeeming the code before it expires
• Your game account being banned by the publisher

6.7 Fraudulent Claims

If you submit a fraudulent refund claim:

• Immediate account termination
• You lose your account balance
• Possible legal action

6.8 Automatic Gold Refund for Failed Paid Orders

When a paid order or voucher redemption fails to deliver after all automated retries are exhausted, the amount you paid is converted to Gold and credited to your Gold wallet as store credit (1 Gold = 1 USD). This replaces the former process of manually requesting an administrator to convert a failed order.

• If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, the Gold is credited automatically.
• If 2FA is not yet enabled, the refund is held and credited automatically the moment you enable 2FA and your Gold wallet unlocks.
• Gold refunds are issued as store credit usable on the Platform only. They are not returned to the original cryptocurrency and are not withdrawable as cash.

7. Shop2Topup Diamonds (Loyalty Rewards)

7.1 What Diamonds Are

Shop2Topup Diamonds are an in-platform loyalty reward currency awarded to your account based on activity on shop2topup.com. Diamonds are issued and managed solely by shop2topup.com, have no cash value or monetary value, are not redeemable for cryptocurrency or fiat, are not securities, financial instruments, or property of any kind, and exist only as account entries within the Platform.

7.2 Earning Diamonds

• Diamonds may be granted on qualifying purchases, promotions, referrals, or other activities at our discretion
• The amount, rate, eligibility, and conditions for earning Diamonds may change at any time without notice
• We reserve the right to deny, reverse, or void Diamonds awarded to any account

7.3 Spending Diamonds

• Diamonds may be redeemed only inside the Diamonds Shop on shop2topup.com
• Diamond redemptions follow a first-in, first-out (FIFO) order — the oldest Diamonds in your balance are spent first

7.4 Stock and Catalog Availability

By using the Diamonds program, you accept that:

• Catalog availability in the Diamonds Shop depends on real product stock and current order volume
• Out-of-stock products are restocked subject to our supply availability — we make no guarantee that any specific reward will be restocked or remain available
• The Diamonds Shop catalog can change, expand, contract, or be discontinued in whole or in part without notice
• Some rewards may have regional, quantity, or per-account limits

7.5 Right to Change Diamond Prices

By using the Diamonds program, you accept that:

• The Diamond cost of any reward in the Diamonds Shop can be changed by us at any time, with or without prior notice
• Prices in effect at the time of redemption are final
• Past Diamond pricing does not entitle you to future redemptions at that price

7.6 Diamond Expiration

• Each batch of Diamonds awarded to your account carries an expiration date
• Expired Diamonds are removed from your balance automatically and are non-recoverable
• FIFO ordering ensures the oldest, soonest-to-expire Diamonds are spent first
• Expiration windows may be changed prospectively at our discretion

7.8 Forfeiture and No Compensation

If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason — including violation of Section 7.7, violation of any other part of these Terms, or compliance reasons — all Diamond balances are forfeited immediately and without compensation. Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be paid out as crypto, fiat, or any other form.

7.9 Program Modification or Termination

We reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to:

• Modify the Diamonds program rules, earning rates, expiry periods, or redemption catalog
• Suspend, restrict, or terminate the Diamonds program in whole or in part
• Adjust, freeze, or zero out any account's Diamond balance for any of the reasons stated in these Terms

Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the modified Diamonds program.
